GANTRY SYSTEM AUTOMATION
GANTRY MACHINE TENDING SOLUTIONS
Our Gantry CNC Machine Tending Automation Solutions, designed and manufactured by Mech Space Automation, provide a robust, high-speed, and precise method for automating the loading and unloading of parts into CNC machines. This system is the ideal solution for manufacturers looking to maximize machine utilization, increase throughput, and ensure consistent part quality in a high-volume production environment.
4 AXIS GANTRY TENDING
Gantry machine tending utilizes an overhead, bridge-like robotic structure (the gantry) to move raw materials (blanks) and finished parts along linear axes (typically X, Y, and Z). This design allows the robot to efficiently access the CNC machine’s work area from above or across the front, making it perfect for automating repetitive material handling tasks.
